Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis presented the prospects of the Greek economy and the government's reform plans during his government's second term, at a meeting with American investors, representatives of capital management funds, insurance organizations, and banks.
Mitsotakis, who is in New York for the UN General Assembly meetings, underlined the significance of political stability and fiscal responsibility with a concurrent boosting of development. He also noted that his commitment to regain investment grade was achieved during the first year of his second term.
Referring to the new European five-year circle after EU elections, he spoke of Greece's role and of the opportunities emerging though the deepening of the unified European market and green development.
Mitsotakis also noted the high absorption rate of Recovery Fund resources by Greece, and of the investment opportunities in the sectors of education and health.
