Singer Marina Satti returned to Athens from the Eurovision song contest, securing the 11th position.
Ms. Satti arrived in high spirits, reflecting positively upon her experience at the popular music competition.
“What pleased me the most,” she said, “was that especially in the last few days when the workload was intense, I managed to counter my anxiety over whether I could pull it off.
I was happy that in the end, the presentation in the final was good.”
The singer, according to the ERT national roadcaster, said it would take her at least two years to absorb all the information and unique experience she lived through the Eurovision contest.
Mr. Satti’s song “Zari” earned 11th place with 126 points, while Cyprus followed in 15th position with Silia Kapsis’s song “Liar.”
