Journalist Giorgos Trangas died in an Athens hospital early on Tuesday after being admitted with serious symptoms of Covid-19.
According to an announcement from the Sotiria Hospital, Trangas died in an intensive care unit at 03.10 am.
He is said to have had underlying health problems and was not vaccinated against Covid-19.
