Greece is attracting wealthy individuals, including billionaires, millionaires, and workers, due to its favourable tax laws.

These individuals benefit from lower taxes as long as they maintain their tax residence in Greece. Additionally, they are required to invest at least 500,000 euros over three years, which has boosted the country's investments and revenues.

Notably, thousands of workers, mainly Greeks who left during the financial crisis, are returning due to a provision offering a 50 percent tax reduction. The incentive has led to a significant increase in applications for tax residence transfers.

Overall, Greece's tax incentives are proving successful in attracting both wealthy individuals and skilled workers, contributing to the country's economic growth.
