These key issues were highlighted in a resolution issued by the Association of Judges and Prosecutors (EDÉ) after their annual general assembly.
The association emphasized the need for thorough discussions and careful consideration of the implications of introducing AI into judicial processes.

Furthermore, the association expressed reservations about recent legislative changes aimed at unifying the first-degree judiciary system and speeding up case resolutions.
