Greek Foreign Ministry expresses condolences over terrorist attack on tourists at Pahalgam

The Foreign Affairs Ministry, on behalf of the Greek government, condemned unequivocally the terrorist act against tourists in Pahalgam, a popular destination in the Jammu & Kashmir state of India.

"We condemn in the strongest possible terms the heinous terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir," the foreign ministry said. It added, "Our thoughts go out to the victims, the injured, and their families. Greece stands in solidarity with India in the face of this tragic loss and the ongoing fight against terrorism."

A total of 26 tourists on holidays were gunned down at Pahalgam.
