Over the past day, Greece has been grappling with 50 wildfires across the country.
Firefighters have successfully contained 41 of these fires early on, but nine blazes continue to burn.
Authorities are investigating the causes of all the fires, while the Fire Department urges citizens to remain vigilant and follow safety instructions.
