Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis met on Thursday with European Commissioner for Internal Affairs and Migration Magnus Brunner.
According to the Foreign Ministry, the discussion focused on the implementation of the Pact on Migration & Asylum, the situation in Africa & the Middle East given the new geopolitical realities.
Gerapetritis stressed that as a front-line state, Greece attaches importance to the principles of responsibility and solidarity among member states, cooperation with third countries and returns, as well as facilitation of legal pathways of migration.
