The new shares of Attica Bank will start trading on the Athens Stock Exchange on September 12, 2024. This follows the bank's recent merger with Pancreta Bank.
A total of 5,557,131 new common shares with voting rights, valued at €0.05 each, will be introduced to the stock market. Simultaneously, 2,506,921 common shares currently held by Pancreta Bank will be delisted.
Eligible shareholders will have the new shares credited to their Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) accounts on September 12th. Shareholders of Pancreta Bank who owned at least 35 shares as of September 4th will receive at least one share in Attica Bank.
The starting price for the new Attica Bank shares will be determined by the Athens Stock Exchange's rules.
The merger, approved by both banks' shareholders on September 3rd, also led to a reduction of Attica Bank's share capital by €125,346.05. This change was officially recorded on September 4th.
